For this reason, any changes such as changing an entire piece of furniture (e.g. sofa to a sectional, loveseat to a chair), changing the quantity of any item and removing or adding an item may not possible within the same order.&#xA0;Changing the Furniture Piece: If you want to change which piece of furniture you receive, we can cancel your order for up to 7 days of it being placed and have you place a new order. Your lead time will be reset to the most up-to-date lead time as noted below the &quot;add to cart&quot; button on the piece&apos;s product page.&#xA0;Changing Quantity:&#xA0;If you want to remove items from the order, we may be able to do this up to 7 days from when the order was placed (for full seating only, not Repair Don&apos;t Replace Components or Home Decor). If you want to add items, you will need to place a separate order. The good news is that we charge shipping per piece and location, so for example, if you wanted to add another chair to your order, you would be paying the same amount of shipping for the chair whether it was in the original order, or on its own.&#xA0;Removing or Adding Items:&#xA0;We may be able to remove items from an order if contacted within 7 days of the order being placed (with the exception of Repair Don&apos;t Replace Components and Home Decor). We always recommend getting some of our free swatches before making a final decision, to get a better feel for the colors in person, so if you don&apos;t have some let us know and our team will be happy to send some out.&#xA0;Have you had your furniture for a while, and feel like it&apos;s time for a change? We sell slipcovers for our Essential Sofas, Loveseats, Sectionals, Loveseat Sectionals and Ottomans.&#xA0;Legs:&#xA0;Our Essential Seating has four leg choices to choose from! If you change your mind about your initial choice, reach out to us within 7 days of placing your order and we can update them for you. *Note -&#xA0;Our metal legs are slightly more expensive than our wood legs. If you are changing from wood to metal legs, or from natural/dark brown to cylinder,&#xA0;our team will send an invoice to be paid before confirming the adjustment.&#xA0;We also sell our legs on their own as part of our Repair Don&apos;t Replace Initiative. If your order has shipped out and it&apos;s going to a different address than you need it to go, <a href="https://sabai-design.gorgias.help/en-US/contact" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">contact us</a> right away with URGENT - ADDRESS CHANGE in the subject line, and&#xA0;be sure to include the new address in the email.Our team will attempt to catch the boxes before they are delivered and re-route them. It is crucial to send the new address in your original e-mail, as the time window to change it once shipped can be small.&#xA0;If the team is able to update the address, they will confirm. If we are successfully able to change your address, it will be a $50 charge and can only be changed once. Please note that if boxes are rerouted, there may be a slight delay in transit times. The tracking will usually update to reflect these changes in 1-2 business days and provide a new estimated delivery date.&#xA0;If our team is unable to catch the boxes in time, you will be responsible for picking up the boxes at the original address provided to us.

We have a made to order business model and a very small team handling operations. For that reason, we only ship one or two days a week.
