We can make product changes to your order for up to 7 days after the order is placed. If you would like to change the products in your order, please email [email protected] or fill out our contact form here and use ORDER CHANGE for the subject line.
Full Piece/Product & Quantity Changes
We are a made-to-order business model with organized product lead times and production queues. For this reason, any changes such as changing an entire piece of furniture (e.g. sofa to a sectional, loveseat to a chair), changing the quantity of any item and removing or adding an item may not possible within the same order.
Changing the Furniture Piece: If you want to change which piece of furniture you receive, we can cancel your order for up to 7 days of it being placed and have you place a new order. Your lead time will be reset to the most up-to-date lead time as noted below the "add to cart" button on the piece's product page.
Changing Quantity: If you want to remove items from the order, we may be able to do this up to 7 days from when the order was placed (for full seating only, not Repair Don't Replace Components or Home Decor). If you want to add items, you will need to place a separate order. The good news is that we charge shipping per piece and location, so for example, if you wanted to add another chair to your order, you would be paying the same amount of shipping for the chair whether it was in the original order, or on its own.
Removing or Adding Items: We may be able to remove items from an order if contacted within 7 days of the order being placed (with the exception of Repair Don't Replace Components and Home Decor). We are not able to add items to orders, any additional items will need to be purchased separately.
Product Customization Changes
Fabric: Having second thoughts about the color choice? We can most likely update that for you! Reach out to us within 7 days of placing your order. We always recommend getting some of our free swatches before making a final decision, to get a better feel for the colors in person, so if you don't have some let us know and our team will be happy to send some out.
Have you had your furniture for a while, and feel like it's time for a change? We sell slipcovers for our Essential Sofas, Loveseats, Sectionals, Loveseat Sectionals and Ottomans.
Legs: Our Essential Seating has four leg choices to choose from! If you change your mind about your initial choice, reach out to us within 7 days of placing your order and we can update them for you. *Note - Our metal legs are slightly more expensive than our wood legs. If you are changing from wood to metal legs, or from natural/dark brown to cylinder, our team will send an invoice to be paid before confirming the adjustment.
We also sell our legs on their own as part of our Repair Don't Replace Initiative. Whether you lose a leg during a move or pick up some new slipcovers and decide it's time for a dark brown set of legs to match, we've made it easy to get more.
Cushion Style: If you're having trouble deciding whether you want a bench cushion or the three-cushion look, we can update your order within 7 days.
If you find yourself in need of a replacement cushion or decide later down the road to change up the cushion style, we sell our cushions on their own as well. You can grab just the cover or just the insert as part of our Repair Don't Replace program.
