We can update your shipping address for up to 7 days after the order is placed. If you need to change your address, please email [email protected] or fill out our contact form here and use ADDRESS CHANGE as the subject line as well as include the new address in e-mail.

Tips for Purchasing

Always be sure to confirm that the shipping address you enter for your order is correct, and will be the same address at the time of delivery (our products have varying lead times). 

On occasion during checkout, your billing or previous address might autofill, so it's always important to triple-check before hitting that confirmation button. :)

Before Shipping

For seating pieces or products with at least one week of lead time, we are able to easily change your shipping address after the order is placed, if contacted within 7 days of purchase. Please be sure to reach out to [email protected] and get confirmation of the address change, we are not able to assist with any missed priorities or wrongly delivered items if the address is changed with FedEx on your end. 

After Shipping

We can only ship to the address that we are provided during checkout or if contacted to make an update. If your order has shipped out, and it's going to a different address than you need it to go, contact us right away with URGENT - ADDRESS CHANGE in the subject line, and be sure to include the new address in the email.

Our team will attempt to catch the boxes before they are delivered and re-route them with FedEx. It is crucial to send the new address in your original e-mail, as the time window to change it once shipped can be small. 

If the team is able to update the address, they will confirm. Please note that if boxes are re-routed there may be a slight delay in transit times. FedEx tracking will usually update to reflect these changes in 1-2 business days and provide a new estimated delivery date. 

If our team is unable to catch the boxes in time, you will be responsible for picking up the boxes at the original address provided to us.
