We can cancel your order for up to 7 days after it’s placed. After this, we are usually unable to accommodate changes or cancelations, and your order will be treated as a return.
While we usually require cancelations to be made within 7 days of your order being placed, we may be able to accommodate requests beyond this timeframe. This is dependent on the production status, as all of our pieces are custom-made to order. If a cancelation can be accommodated after 7 days, a 5% cancelation fee based on the full retail price (before any discounts) will be applicable.
A note about cancelations and promotions - On occasion we will run promotions or discounts for orders placed within certain time windows. We understand that placing an order shortly before a promotion period will result in wanting the same discounts. We are not able to retroactively apply promotional discounts after an order is placed. If you choose to cancel your order so you can replace it (and are still within the cancellation window), a 10% of retail cancelation fee will be deducted from your refund and your lead time will be reset. We are a made-to-order business model, with a small team of 10, and cancelations to replace the order result in extensive production queue reorganization, in order to accommodate these an additional fee is necessary.
