White Glove Assembly Service

Our White Glove service ensures that your select furniture pieces are handled with care. This includes: 

• Full Assembly - Our designated carrier will handle the complete setup of your furniture, ensuring it's fully assembled and ready to use. 
• Unboxing - We'll remove all packaging materials for you, so you can enjoy your new piece without the mess! 
• Scheduled Delivery - We work with you to coordinate a convenient delivery time that fits your schedule. Our carrier will communicate primarily with you through email or text.

Order Holds

If you need to place a hold on your order we can do this if contacted within 3 days of purchase. Please email us at [email protected] with ORDER HOLD in the subject or fill out a contact form here, be sure to include the date you would like order held until. 

For orders being shipped via Valley Companies, we offer a complimentary 5-day hold. After tracking information has been provided, a $10 daily storage fee will apply. 

Thresholds

We offer two shipping options at checkout: Standard and White Glove Delivery. Standard delivery includes delivery of your shipment to your driveway or the first dry area without crossing the "threshold" of your home. Please note, Standard Delivery does not include a scheduled delivery date. If you would like to add on any additional delivery services, these must be arranged in advance. Below are the thresholds we offer - 

Inside Delivery: $45 - The delivery team will bring your order only inside the building through the first door. If you need the order delivered within a certain timeframe or specific date, this would also apply here! 

Room-Of-Choice Delivery: $80 - Your order will be placed in the room of your choice.

Please note: Additional services not arranged in advance will be refused upon delivery.

Carrier

Orders placed with White Glove Delivery Service will be delivered with Valley Companies, a family run business that's been around for 95 years. They can be contacted directly at [email protected] or via phone at (800) 657-6936, Option 1.

White Glove Assembly Service is currently only offered within the Continental U.S. Orders take 8-12 days to reach the Northeast, 7-10 days to reach the Southeast, 6-8 days to reach the South, 7-10 days to reach the Southwest, 6-8 days to reach the North, and 8-12 days to reach the Northwest.
