White Glove Assembly Service
Our White Glove Service ensures that your furniture pieces are handled with extra care. 
This includes: 

• Full Assembly - Our carrier will handle the complete setup of your furniture, ensuring it's fully assembled and ready to use. 
• Unboxing - Our carrier will remove all packaging materials for you, so you can enjoy your new piece without the mess! 
• Scheduled Delivery - Our carrier will work with you primarily through email or text to coordinate a convenient delivery time that fits your schedule.

Order Holds

If you need to place a hold on your order, we can do this if contacted within 3 days of purchase. Please email us at [email protected] with ORDER HOLD in the subject or fill out a contact form here. Please be sure to include the date you would like your order held until. 

For orders with White Glove Assembly being shipped via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery, we offer a complimentary 5-day hold. After tracking information has been provided, a minimum $10 daily storage fee will apply. Please email us at [email protected] for confirmation of the additional charge. 

Thresholds

We offer two shipping options at checkout: Standard and White Glove Assembly. Standard delivery includes delivery of your shipment to your driveway or the first dry area without crossing the "threshold" of your home. Please note that Standard Delivery does not include a scheduled delivery date. 

Please note: Additional services not arranged in advance will be refused upon delivery.

Carrier

Orders placed with White Glove Delivery Service will be delivered via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery. 

White Glove Assembly Service is currently only offered within the Continental U.S, with orders taking 4-12 days to be delivered.
