White Glove Assembly Service
Our White Glove Service ensures your furniture pieces are handled with extra care. 

This includes: 

• Full Assembly - Our carrier will handle the complete setup of your furniture, ensuring it's fully assembled and ready to use. 
• Unboxing - Our carrier will remove all packaging materials for you, so you can enjoy your new piece without the mess! 
• Scheduled Delivery - Our carrier will work with you primarily through email or text to coordinate a convenient delivery time that fits your schedule.

Order Holds

If you need to place a hold on your order, we can do this if contacted within 3 days of purchase. Please email us at [email protected] with ORDER HOLD in the subject or fill out a contact form here. Please be sure to include the date you would like your order held until. 

For orders with White Glove Assembly being shipped via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery, we offer a complimentary 5-day hold. After tracking information has been provided, a minimum $10 daily storage fee will apply. Please email us at [email protected] for confirmation of the additional charge. 

Thresholds

We offer various shipping options at checkout: Doorstep, Threshold, Room of Choice, and White Glove.

Doorstep includes delivery of your shipment to your driveway or the first dry area without crossing the "threshold" of your home.

Threshold includes a scheduled delivery date and delivery of your shipment inside the first doorway of your home.

Room of Choice includes a scheduled delivery date and delivery of your shipment to any room in your home.

White Glove includes a scheduled delivery date, delivery of your shipment to any room, unboxing, full assembly, and removal of all packaging from your home.

A scheduled delivery date can only be selected with Threshold, Room of Choice, and White Glove.

Please note: Additional services not arranged in advance will be refused upon delivery.

Carrier

Orders placed with White Glove Service will be delivered via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery.

White Glove is currently only offered to the Continental U.S, with orders taking 4-12 days to be delivered.
