Shipping Information
After your furniture is finished being made (see here for information about our lead times) we will ship to you in flat-packed boxes.
We ship most orders via FedEx home delivery to the address provided at check out, and FedEx will deliver boxes depending on where they normally leave boxes at your residence. Please note some apartment buildings or homes have strict rules surrounding large deliveries, we recommend contacting your apartment building if applicable to see if rules apply.
*Note: During periods of high order volume we choose to ship eligible West Coast orders with a more sustainable carrier option that has fewer touchpoints and fewer emissions before arriving at your door. Please reach out to our support team if you have any questions about an order being delivered by GLS.
Please also note that we cannot ship furniture to a PO box, we can only ship swatches to PO boxes.
We are not able to leave special instructions for FedEx, nor can we schedule a specific delivery date, we also do not require signature for delivery. If you get your tracking and will not be home for delivery, we recommend setting up a vacation hold with FedEx here. This is not something that we're able to do for you, and we are not able to assist with any missed priorities (example: they deliver on a different day than requested). *If your West Coast order is being shipped with GLS please reach out to our support team.
If your order has shipped and the address needs to be changed please email us at [email protected] with URGENT-WRONG ADDRESS in the subject line and our team will do our best to reroute the boxes. Please note that we are only responsible for shipping to the address provided at checkout unless the address is changed and confirmed with our support team prior to shipping.
We do not offer white glove delivery or assembly at this time, but are looking into options for this in the future!
Delivery Timeline & Tracking
U.S.
Orders take 1-4 days to reach East Coast locations, 2-4 days for Central US locations, 4-5 days to reach West Coast locations, and 3-7 days to reach locations in Hawaii and Alaska.
*Note: During periods of high order volume we choose to ship eligible West Coast orders with a more sustainable carrier option that has fewer touchpoints and fewer emissions before arriving at your door. Transit time for these orders is 4-10 days.
Canada
Orders take 5-8 days.
Tracking
Most furniture ships in multiple boxes. You can find box information for your piece here.
While we do ship everything together, on occasion, FedEx will split up the boxes and items will arrive on different days. When viewing your tracking link, you can scroll down to see the tracking and status for each box individually.
If a package has not shown movement for 7 full days, please contact us confirming which box you are missing so we can file a lost package claim.
Shipping Prices
Dog Beds- Shipping is $15 for our dog beds.
Elevate Slipcovers: Elevate Ottoman Slipcover Shipping is $10 for Continental US, $50 to AK/HI and $20 to Canada. Elevate Chair, Daybed, Loveseat, Sofas and Sectional Slipcover shipping is $15 for Continental US, $65 to AK/HI and $35 to Canada. Elevate Corner Sectional Slipcover shipping is $20 to the Continental US, $95 to AK/HI and $40 to Canada.
*All orders to Canada ship duties paid, please let our team know if you incur any invoice upon delivery.
