Repair Don't Replace

At Sabai Design we're committed to offering furniture that withstands the test of time, and that can grow with you. As part of our mission to stay sustainable, we made it easy to repair or refresh components of your Sabai furniture rather than needing to replace entire pieces. 

There are a number of components for our Essential, Elevate and Evergreen Collections available for purchase on the website - Repair Don't Replace. If you are in need of a component that is not offered here, you can contact us and our customer support team will be happy to give you a quote and send over an invoice. We offer our cushions and back pillow covers and inserts, extra arms, legs, and more, making it easy to change the look of your furniture or revive it.

It's important to note that all items in our Repair Don't Replace program are designed specifically to refresh your current Sabai Design furniture, and may not be compatible with pieces from other brands.

Slipcovers

Redesigned and relaunched in 2023, our slipcovers fit like a glove and are meant to make your piece look freshly upholstered. We currently have slipcovers available for our Essential, Elevate and Evergreen Collections. 

Our Essential Collection slipcovers are available for Corner Sectionals (Launched March 2024!), Sofas, Loveseats, Sectionals, Loveseat Sectionals and Ottomans. 

They are available in all of our Recycled Velvets and Upcycled Poly colors, and we have newly launched Hemp Slipcovers available for the Sofas, Loveseats, Ottomans, Sectionals and Club Chairs. They're a great way to add an extra layer of protection to your piece or completely change the color, and by doing so, you can change your space altogether. 

The slipcovers come with a frame cover to go over the assembled upholstered frame of your piece, and with replacements for the back pillow and seat cushion covers that came with it originally. You can put the velvet over the poly, or vice versa, and if you only need the frame slipcover, feel free to reach out, we've got you covered. :)

When placing your order, we offer a 15% discount on slipcovers if purchased with the corresponding piece of furniture so keep this in mind when deciding. 

*Note: When purchasing slipcovers for a 6-seat corner sectional or our Essential Sectional Slipcovers in Hemp, it is important to order with the left/right configuration as if you are facing the piece, not while sitting on it.

Each piece in our Evergreen Collection comes with a slipcover included, available in Recycled Velvet or Natural Hemp. The slipcovers are also available on their own should you want to pick up two colors at checkout. These slipcovers sit over the frame and drape at the bottom and are easy to take on and off for simple and efficient cleaning.

Our Elevate Collection slipcovers (launched November 2024) are available for all pieces in the collection. 

They're available in all of our Recycled Velvet, Upcycled Poly, and Hemp colors (except for the striped hemp blend and Minna collab). 

*Note: When purchasing Hemp slipcovers for the Elevate Sectional, they DO NOT need to be ordered left/right facing, as they are designed to fit all configurations. However, for the Reversible L Sectional, you will need to specify left/right facing.

Home Decor

We offer several types of pillows to pair along with your Sabai Furniture. Available in Square, Lumbar, Striped, Piped, and Hemp, you can have some fun while choosing which fabrics work well in your space. The components of these pillows are also available as part of our Repair Don't Replace initiative, allowing you to change the covers and create something new with ease.

Dog Bed

Launched in May 2024, the ultimate retreat for your furry friend’s relaxation. Crafted with Kapok, a natural fiber sourced from the seed pods of the Kapok tree, our bed boasts a small environmental footprint. The trees grow for many years without the need for pesticides or fertilizer, making Kapok a renewable resource.

Our dog beds are designed to provide unparalleled comfort while staying mindful of our environmental impact. Though not invincible, they're top-notch for your pet's nap time. Just keep an eye on those enthusiastic chewers, and for burrowers, the velvet cover is key. Whether your pup loves a snug spot or a spacious lounger, our Sabai Dog Bed has them covered. Treat your pet to sustainable comfort and watch them drift off into dreamland in style.
